Return Eligibility

Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards associated with perfumes and fragrance products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  3. Share clear photographs and videos of:

    • The product received

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Refund Process
